Asia Week New York 2017

Fujikasa Satoko (Joan B. Mirviss LTD)
The 8th Annual Asia Week New York Started from March, 9 2017.  There are 50 top-tier international galleries from Belgium, England, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, and U.S. They present millions of dollars worth of rare treasures from the far east.

I have attended last 6 years as a press member.  Even though I have a master degree, specialized in 19c- 20c Korean, Japanese, and Chinese furniture.  It was not easy for me to appreciate some of art works quality.  But after 6 years, I have learned so much from press walk and could learn how to appreciate great works and get to know many great dealers.

I could also see more contemporary arts by asian artists this year.

Here are a few my favorite works and Galleries...

Joan B. Mirviss LTD (39 E 78th St. Suite 401):  having a 40 years Anniversary with Joan's great fine taste.  She has gorgeous modern Japanese Ceramics.  One of my favorite Gallery.
