Kips Bay Show House

The Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club Decorator Show House 2012 is on upper west side in New York city. It is the first modern decorator show house for last 40 years. The duplex Apartment has a wonderful view and good decoration for this time, but I didn't like its space planing; modern architecture with old fashioned style space planing which wasn't very practical.

Royal Tea at the Doyle Auction

There was a Private Preview of the Joanne Melniker Stern Royal Memorabilia Collection with Breakfast and Tea at the Doyle Auction house in Upper east side New York City.

It was a quite interesting preview party. Ladies dress up like English and wore interesting hats. Nice crowd... It was one of fun preview event I had gone. Here are some photos from the preview... Also, their home furnishing item price was quite affordable...
