     The Wanted Design started in New York City from a few years ago. It was a small show in the city, but from last year, it is growing. It was great to see New York's design fair gets bigger every year. Especially, the show this year was great. There are many different countries exhibitors...

New Museum

     Personally, most of the New Museum's exhibition was not my favorite.   Many times it is dark, but this exhibition is different.  As an Interior Designer and Art Lover, I go to many art exhibitions since some of installation and perform art gave me brain storm for my project once a while.  This exhibition made me think the space is not only where we are now but also it includes our memory with people around you in the space. 

The exhibition was recalled me my memory from College... They sang all the time during the exhibition hours with drinking beer...

Hause Wirth Gallery

    Their exhibition space was great with high ceiling.  It used to use as a storage place industrial times, so it does have story in the space itself which was amazing.   The work was huge, but because of exhibition space, you never feel how huge the work is;  strong primary color works brings you very strong impression.

"Sterling Ruby Sunrise Sunset" exhibits until July 25 2014...

Downtown Art Fair 2014

     It was a small art fair, but I could see famous works and big name galleries as well...

I love this pop art work.   It is like Andy Warhol's pop art piece, but it is a mixed media work ; her eye lids are blinking like a doll consistently which was very interesting....

Frieze Art Fair NYC 2014

     One of my favorite Art Fairs in NYC. You can see world art market trend... I had gone for last three years. I think it gets more popular each year. I saw most of gallery people in the fairs last two years, but this year I could see more other people. I guess the number of art lovers are increasing...

Outside Art Fair NYC 2014

 

     It is the first time to visit the Outside Art Fair.  There were many unique and interesting art works... It was different from most of trendy contemporary art fairs in NYC which I loved about ; )
